LUPIKI is preparing its launch. At present, lupiki.es does not accept orders, paid reservations or card details. Contact and retailer forms request information; submitting one is not a purchase or a confirmed reservation.
2. Availability, images and prices
Images show collection and usage ideas. Final designs, dimensions, contents, prices and taxes will be stated when a specific offer is available. Bottles shown are not included unless expressly stated. We do not advertise delivery times or shipping costs for orders this site does not yet accept.
3. Purchases from a retailer
If you purchase LUPIKI from a retailer, the seller named on your receipt handles the order, delivery, invoice, exchanges, withdrawal where applicable and statutory guarantee. Keep your receipt and check the seller’s terms before buying. This information does not limit your mandatory rights.
You can email hello@lupiki.es with brand questions or product issues. We will help identify the right channel; do not send products to our registered office without arranging receipt first.
4. Future direct sales
Before activating direct sales, we will publish the applicable terms: seller identity, total price and taxes, payment, availability, delivery, returns and withdrawal where applicable, guarantees and complaint handling. This information will be available before any purchase is confirmed.
